Susan Geffen is President of Sandstrom-Geffen-Enterprises Ltd., which she founded in 1969. The firm is registered with the Allied Board of Trade, and Susan Geffen is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and is listed in Barons Who's Who in Interior Design, International Edition.Since the firms inception, Susan and Sandstrom-Geffen have designed and furnished commercial and residential interiors on the U.S. East and West coasts, and provided consultation services in Tokyo, Japan and Seoul , Korea .

Commercial services have included over 250 model homes as well as recreation centers, country clubs, sales centers, and executive offices.While living in Tokyo in the mid-1980's, Susan taught interior design at the Hiroko Machida Interior Coordinator Academy, and her home was featured in a 1987 book, Japanese Accents in Western Interiors and shown on numerous house tours.

At present, she is President of the Friends of the North Castle Public Library, Inc from 1998-2000, 2005-2008 and is a member of the North Castle Architectural Review Board for the town of North Castle, and is on the jury for the Armonk Outdoor Art Show.
